General DescriptionStar Shield SS300PDL Proximity Deadbolt Door Lock is based on the most advanced Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Technology. The SS300PDL is a Standalone Proximity Deadbolt Door Lock with built-in IR Sensor and Proximity Reader. The SS300PDL has non-volatile memory to store up to 512 Users (key tags). The door will be opened by contact-less key tags. The SS300PDL is designed to fit into any existing door and it operates by 8 nos. of AA size batteries, so it is easy for the installation and fast setup. Small and very light proximity key tag is encoded by IDTECK’s unique encryption codes (16 million codes) that prevent any access by unauthorized person. The Passive type of proximity key tag is powered by Radio Frequency field generated from the exiting coil of the outdoor unit (RF Antenna) and built-in Non-Volatile Memory of semiconductor chip inside of key tag performs a permanent life time. The SS300PDL is the most user friendly device and easy operation. Built-in 3-color LED and melody sound indicate the unit operation and it operates more than 40,000 times of lock opening and closing with new Alkaline Batteries.
