No Ambiguity: All prices are charged as stated before you check out the cart. In case of mail-orders, it will be stated on the invoice. There are no surprises or additional charges for the products and services shown on the Performa Invoice.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the standalone products purchased without customization, you can return the products in its original packing and conditions for 100% refund excluding shipping charges. You must notify us by email or fax and we will immediately issue a “Goods Return Authorization Number”. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

• Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
• Customer must contact the distributor from where the goods were delivered. In case of difficulty call our Customer Care or email to customercare@star-shield.com with invoice number for GRA Number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition, including all packaging materials.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
• Customer must pay any return shipping expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 14 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

If reasonable repairs are not feasible, Star Shield Systems may choose to furnish a replacement or make a full refund. Batteries, Solar Systems, Consumables and Transformers are not warranted. Products showing improper installation, abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty

In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, Star Shield Systems, will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.

There are no warranties against loss of use, incidents, accidents, fire and or consequential damages in any event.
